ARRIVALS:
Pre-Meeting Attendees:
Those who are expected to attend any pre-meetings have been notified.
Please check your calendar and plan your travel accordingly.
If you are not attending a Pre-Meeting, plan to arrive at the hotel by 4:00 PM (EST) on
Wednesday, January 29.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM.
If you plan to arrive earlier, please know your room may not be ready.
The JW Marriott Turnberry Resort & Spa is approximately 12 miles from Fort Lauderdale Airport
and 18 miles from Miami Airport.

DEPARTURES:
All employees are invited to attend a Dinner & After Party on the evening of Thursday, January 30. ​
Departures can be scheduled on Friday, January 31.​
​
Hotel check-out time is 11:00 AM.​
​
This will be considered a travel day.
Should you choose to depart after Friday, all hotel costs will be your own personal expense (not T&E) and
Friday will be counted as a vacation day.

TRAVEL REMINDERS

Reserve your flights as soon as possible through Concur to lock in the best rates. All flights will be charged to your department T&E, so please follow company guidelines.

PRE-MEETING POLICY
Pre-Meeting attendance is by invitation. Additional nights at the hotel will be billed to your department T&E.
Please do not contact the hotel directly for any hotel room questions or changes.
